Main front door electronic keypad access. Key for own entrance to apartment. This apartment is fully self contained with your own key fob and you can come and go as you please (no time constraints). There is free Wi-Fi. Reserved Parking space if needed. Please note this is a no smoking apartment.

Other things to note
One well behaved dog allowed.
Apartment is ideal for up to  2 adults and 1 child. Sleeping arrangements are a King Size Bed and a Sofa bed in the same room. An additional infant can be accommodated but please note that we do not supply any cots, etc and those must be provisioned by the Guest.

COVID-19 safety practices apply.

Security camera/recording device. We have security cameras on the front of house covering front of house and parking spaces.

Carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarm. Level 2 fire alarm system.

A Pet lives on property ( a Labrador retriever dog called Tim ).

Welcome pack supplied on arrival for Guests.
Apartment is accessed via a single flight of stairs.

Where you’ll be
Near to promenade with rocky cliffs on Queens promenade. Lovely sea and beach walks, on sunny days or even when it’s blustery. Quiet area. Near to local shops and transport.

Getting around
Reserved Parking space. You can park up and just hop onto a tram. Tram stops near the apartment. Trams travel along the prom from Star Gate to Fleetwood, stopping at all the popular destinations Pleasure Beach, Tower, all the 3 Piers, Cleveleys and many more destinations.

No parties or events
Pets are allowed ( one well behaved dog by arrangement )

Strictly no parties/hen or stag parties.

Payment and Cancellation policy

Full payment on booking confirmation. 

Full refund on cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking being made and at least 14 days before check-in. After that 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
